What we hold
Your name, email, phone number, delivery addresses, the orders you place, the messages you send us, and a reference to your card held by our payment provider. We never hold the card number itself.
Why
To take your order, deliver it, answer your questions, pay the shops, and file the sales as the law requires.
Your location
We use an address to work out which shops can reach you and what the delivery costs. We do not track your phone in the background.
Your rights
You can download everything we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete your account — from your account, or from the privacy request page if you cannot sign in.
What stays after deletion
Orders, with your name removed. The shops must still be paid for what they sold, and the sales must still be filed. Nothing that stays behind identifies you.
