Refund and cancellation policy

Before picking starts

Cancel from your order and nothing is charged. The hold on your card is released.

After picking starts

Ask us. Where a shop has already picked perishable goods we may not be able to cancel, and we will tell you plainly rather than take the money and argue later.

Something missing or wrong

Tell us through the help page with the order number. Anything the shop did not pick is never charged for in the first place.
